Apple to launch iPad in the U.S on April 3, place your order from March 12

At last all the residents of the United States, whoever is hell bent on buying the iPad or gifting it, who never actually got the iPad in their home country can now relax and wait for March 12th. Apple announced today that they would be, finally..phew, unveiling the much awaited iPad in the U.S and it will go on sale in major Apple and other major electronic outlets from April 3rd. Unfortunately, only the Wi-Fi model will start selling and the 3G enabled iPad will be making its appearance after a month or two.
